The biggest difference between Jack and Larry is that Jack doesn't trust the system while Larry does, even when it is clearly failing him today.
Absolutely. What I'm curious to know is, will Larry continue to trust the system after today? If he shows up in Season 8 (I honestly have no idea if he will or not; I haven't seen or heard anything), will he be a changed man? Or will he react the opposite way and dig in his heels and become even more of a company man?
I would *love* it if Tony went up to Larry and went all, "You know, I used to be like you" and see where it goes.
Oh that would be so awesome. In years past I would have said such a scene could never happen. But this year the writers have been refreshingly willing to give us great character moments over constant action. So maybe we'll get a scene like that, after all.
