Author's notes: It's baaaaaaack!

So, it was a little weird to do this, having drafted this months ago so bear with me if the funny is a little rusty because it's been so long. Also, knowing what we know now, it's all a little hurty to revisit early episodes. Still, I'm hoping it isn't too hard to enjoy and that I've still managed to make you laugh a little. For what it's worth, I re-read Parts I-III just to get back into the swing of things, and I think the jokes still stand up, so hopefully this will be okay too. Think of it as therapy for getting over the trauma of the season.

In any case, you guys know the drill. Don't steal, don't hotlink and this is not dial-up friendly. Thanks again to Rachel for helping me out with this, and Shana, sorry I couldn't get this up earlier tonight. Enjoy!

I really don't care about the Oscars this year. Normally, I'm all about it, but this year, really, I don't care. I just want it to be Monday so that I can get my Chuck and 24 fix. It's a captioned recap through shipper eyes, basically. Please note, this is NOT dial-up friendly. AT ALL. In the future, it hopefully won't be so bad because I'm only going to recap the scenes that affect the members of the triangle. This first episode is pretty J/R/L heavy, though so I had split it up into 2 parts.

After rewatching the episode of Grey's Anatomy where the guy has that hysterical pregnancy tumor, I was reminded that Seattle Grace Hospital has an "Annual banquet" with "highlight reels." Given how wonky the timeline is on that show and that Shonda insists that S1-S3 are supposed to be one full year, can you imagine what that highlight reel would look like? And wouldn't it be awesome if the gossips at the nurses station were put in charge of it and someone like Sydney had to narrate? Because I think it would go something like this:
