Haha, oh good. Glad I'm not the only one who has a soft spot for Larry. He's been creeping up on me since 7x08, which I haven't kept a secret, but in this episode, yeah. Full blown love. What I really wish we hadn't missed out on is a scene with Larry and Bill. It never happened, in part because they served the same function for their FBI/CTU counterparts, Renee and Jack. But I'm still bitter we never got a chance for them to face off a little, since this is the season of the Dopplegangers. The writers can take the sting out of it if they put a scene with Larry and Tony though.
I think Ethan will be back. Ethan is to Allison as Mike was to David Palmer. So I can see him being reinstated now that Starkwood has been identified, or him coming back next year. Either way, I don't think we've seen the last of him. That said, that scene with him and Allison just about broke my heart, because loyalty- true self-sacrificing loyalty- is one of my things.
I could see Kim being the one to bring in the DNA/antidote, which would be SO interesting for her to save him for once.
