YOU GUYS MY COMPUTER IS FINALLY FIXED. FINALLY.

I'm so happy, I'm even willing to posting a Ke$ha video. Well kind of:

Yes, the song sucks. Doesn't matter. IMO, adding one of the following fandoms to any graphic/vid/song automatically makes it better: Monty Python, Mean Girls, Princess Bride and Star Trek. It's practically a rule on the Internet.

So, how is everyone?

ETA: Emmy Nominations are out

Reactions:
HOLY CRAP GLEE. NINETEEN NOMINATIONS? O_O

NPH, Cheno and Lea Michele weren't too much of a surprise. Neither was Mike O'Malley, although that is well deserved because Burt Hummel is one of the best parents out there in TV Land. And Jane Lynch was expected as was the show, but I think I’m happiest about Chris Colfer getting a nom. Awwwwwwwwww. My grinch heart just grew three sizes. I can’t wait for the outpouring of love that will inevitably happen on twitter. I love this cast too much.

Incredibly happy to see both Christine Baranski and Archie Panjabi both get noms for the Good Wife (now there's a show with some great female characters). JM does a phenomenal job anchoring the show as the head of the pin on which the show spins, but CB and AP take it to an even better level.

The noms for Mad Men and the Pacific are also well deserved. AND CAN I GET A HELL YEAH FOR FNL? FINALLY.

Overall, I'm pleased with the noms, except for reality TV host, because they snubbed Cat Deeley AGAIN. What is wrong with you people? Ugh.

No Annie is a bit of a surprise. Not Kiefer, since in Emmy eyes, they already gave him a win a couple years ago.

John Noble was a long shot, if only because the entire show is completely underrated and not as mainstream as Lost. Call it the Buffy effect or whatever, but some things that are completely deserving just never get their due because the academy is kinda biased against sci-fi and sucks at times. (See also: Mary McDonnell & Katee Sackhoff in BSG.)

It really is a shame too, because he turned in some FINE work this season. I still maintain that the GG should give him a nod for his work in the finale, though again, a long shot (though not as long as the Emmys.)

I had hoped that Lost would elevate Sci-Fi and Fantasy out of the Emmy ghetto. Word on BSG: IIRC it got some writing and directing nods but no win.

It still amazes me that Patrick Stewart never got nominated in 7 seasons of Star Trek.
